December 30, 2023Excellent location close to restaurants, bars and the Katy trail. Apartments are slightly older than other apartment complexes in the neighborhood, but the design is unique and I've never experienced any issues. September 30, 2023Gables is a nice place to live. The apartment itself feels a bit outdated, specifically the kitchen, appliances, and just general construction of the unit. August 23, 2023The apartment is ok. It is very cozy. It is an older building so there are often maintenance problems. The appliances have not been updated in a long time but they do the job. A big issue is the bug problem. Tons and tons of cockroaches. Maintenance guys always come when we submit a request and are very nice, but the bug/roach problem has continued. The biggest issue is that we have a significant amount of mold in our air vents (we had it professionally lab tested) and staff has not listened to ...us about it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 6, 2023I have lived at the Gables for over a decade and have been overall happy with my experience. The location, which is in walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars and shops, can't be beat. The property is quiet and the maintenance staff is wonderful. The appliances could use an update and it can be hard to find parking at times but those would be my only complaints.Review from Apartments.com
