I have been living at this address for the past three years and even though this apartments may not be rated four star, it has been very convenient renting my apartment at this complex. All bills are included with my rent and for a single mother like myself that is a definitely an A for me considering that I do not depend from any government assistance only my paycheck..my rent is for $725
