Nice building, nice neighbors. Long waits for maintenance to get done. Takes them a while to get here, but usually no problems after that. Curious to see how snow removal is this year, as it wasn't great last year.

Galleria 3 is a cute little place to live. Not too big of a building, real opportunity to know your neighbors. Units are nice. Maintenance isn't much to talk about if you have an issue. You would be better off doing some stuff on your own, otherwise you'll be waiting a while. Other than the maintenance issues, a nice place to live.

Galleria 3 is a nice, small and quite community with friendly neighbors. It's close to a few gas stations and a CashWise, which I have been happy with. Maintenance assured me upon move in they were a terrific team but aren't as quick is implied. It took a good while to fix our garage door after it got broken in to. Bus stop right down the road.
