Nice and downtown
July 20, 2015
This complex is very nice and located downtown. Helpful services and neighbor hood is calm. Great for any generation, it could be for family or by yourself it accommodates it all. Located next to Portland State University so if you're a college student it would be great to count out that extra money for parking.
