Goldmark is false advertising no utilities are included, Tenant pays all, not always secured doors, not really handicap assessable.

Pros: Price Management Dog friendly Large parking lot Dog area not too loud usually Washer dryer hookups Cons: Flooring Wasn't very clean when I first showed up. I had to re-clean a lot as I'm allergic to cats and cats definitely lived in my place before me.

They are slipping in maintenance of property, security and snow removal. Changes in personal has had an impact on taking care of the residents and property. I have notice increase in police activity. I sure hope they are doing security background checks. Yes, you need renters but not at the expense of your good tenants. So far, not so bad compared to where other run-down slum landlord situation but I sure hope that does not change.

A lot of things need work and it seems like there's no structure or rules and the secure building, which is the main reason I decided to rent from Goldmark, keeps getting broken for the last 6 months and nothing seems to be done about this. When I first moved in it was not like this and was peaceful and enjoyable. Now I don't even want to live in my home anymore.
