VERY DISAPPOINTED IN OFFICE MANAGEMENT
May 12, 2016I have had direct experience in this complex for a long time, and almost a year ago (about June of 2015), things really started going downhill. The office management is completely corrupt and almost every temp and staff from other properties that have been in and out of there have embezzled money (proof has been laid out on the table and the property management company is keeping it from the owners). Rent is being raised SKY HIGH to compensate for all the tenants that are leaving. The pictures ...look nice, and overall it is a lovely property (with fantastic maintenance staff!), but STAY AWAY from this place! The only individuals worth working with are the maintenance staff, and they have to be told directly, by the tenants, about maintenance issues because the incompetent office staff doesn't pass anything onto them. The poor people that REALLY take care of this place don't deserve the office staff they're forced to work with, and the owners don't deserve the terrible treatment the property management and office staff members are giving to their books!!
