Gemstone is thorough, they make sure you have everything you need, and they even help you with any questions you may have, big or small. They weren’t bothered when I called a thousand times for seemingly useless questions, and they still had the patience to answer every single one!

Gemstone is great apartment near campus. The Goldmark staff were very helpful and easy to work with, answering questions quickly and giving you all the information and access needed to make a thorough decision. With proper communication, great tours, and quick responses , Goldmark made applying and moving into Gemstone a very smooth process. Each floor of the Gemstone apartments has its own washer/dryer unit, the floorplans are spacious, and specified tenant parking is helpful for move in and day ...

The apartments are really good with nice amenities, it is a decent value for the rent we are paying. We have lived there for a year. The management team is friendly, helpful, and very professional with the fast response time. Any service or maintenance requests have been handled quickly and professionally by their service team.
