My husband and I moved here almost 8 years ago and since have had 3 children. We are so happy to have a good place to raise our kids. Some nieghbors are louder than others, but since having kids WE are the loud neighbors! We have never had complaints, only sweet and thoughtful neighbors. The management is kind and efficient, as well as the maintinence team. It's a bit outdated and some appliances are pretty old, but everything is kept in working order. My family and I just moved out of these apartments after a 1-year lease. If we weren't moving we would have definitely renewed our lease here. Anita and Jennifer are really great to work with, and the maintenance staff are fast and friendly as well. If you have anything wrong in your apartment they are very quick to come and take care of the problem.
Some of the apartments aren't as new and updated, and some of the appliances are older than others, but everything worked and the apartments were ...
well maintained, and it didn't feel like the apartment was old, like some of the apartments in the area.
Some neighbors can be louder than others (having a high percentage of college students), especially when trying to get our children to bed. This isn't a strike against the property, though, as the office staff and security were good about enforcing the quiet hours (after 10pm).
