Please do not move in!

They do bad patch work! I have a family member that is here and they have gotten black mold that's came back at least three times! Floors are uneven. Today is 3/5/2023 if you go by there now they have patios boarded up, wood holding up foundation. Also this place only care about the money do not move here please you have been warned.

I left Georgetowne Woods only because I purchased a home. I really enjoyed staying there. The Greenway was in the backyard, there was a playground for my children. Anytime I had something go wrong, the maintenance did a great job of getting it done right. The office staff had changed a lot recently with new people, but every one of them has always been great. I recommend these apartments.
