Not a good experience

I was getting a strong chemical smell in my apartment where the tenant who lived above me was blowing chemicals into my unit. I suspect management was telling her to do this. I was getting pain my lungs and a strong chemical taste in my mouth. Every time I complained they threatened to evict me.
