The older apartments are being remodeled as tenants leave those apartments. I live in a remodeled 2 bedroom which feels very modern and attractive. It is very spacious. The tenants are quiet and friendly. If something goes wrong Management is quick to respond. Management is also very professional. Lots of amenities along with quick access to the 406 and therefore, the QEW.
