The amount of rent being charged for these apartments and no renovations is RIDICULOUS !!! Everything is falling apart, EVERYTHING!! Nothing has been updated very old appliances. These apartments are NOT worth it at all

Ive been here about 6 years and have no real complaint/issues other than when I had to fight to get my heater fixed to stop it from making a loud noise. It was resolved. Other than that Its been pretty quiet & staff have always been courtesy & professional.

The apartment couldve been cleaned better I have spots all over my carpet spots all over countertops in kitchen every cabinet is squeaky, burn marks all over tub in bathroom strip on tub halfway put on paint falling off tub, refrigerator has dents all over it , nothing has been updated, have been requests washer and dryer since I moved in

I love the fact that it is very spacious. The only suggestion I would say is that for the amount of rent that is charged the units could definitely use some renovating of new and improved appliances, even have some amenities included with the rental of the apartment.

Its been horrible and I cant wait to move out. Trouble with the neighbors and their carelessness acts rental off doesnt care of do anything about it. I have four months left to move.

I love the location where I live its perfect for work since I always get called in. However the rent prices are a little steep for the size of the apartment. Ive have 3 other apartments with more space and more closet space and they were cheaper. I chose this apartment only for the location of my daughters needs. I would rather someone shop before moving so fast the prices are not worth it. The apartment needs to be upgraded for those prices.

Its a nice place to live but the rent continues to go up and not by a little bit either and their should be assigned parking. Too many guest are parking where the residents should park and are staying for days. As much as residents pay in rent they should not have to come home and and park in the visitors section. When I first moved in here you had to have a decal and they towed cars away that didnt. It should go back to that or assigned parking is what I would prefer.
