Great place at a reasonable price

Do not move here
October 2, 2020If I could give zero stars I definitely would. The worst apartment I have ever resided in, no competition. From move in to move out it's been a distasteful experience, moving in our apartment was not ready at all. Carpets were old and smelled of animal urine, front door wouldn't shut properly due to track on the bottom peeled off, patio was molded with rusted nails, maintenance left huge bucket of paint in bedroom, dishwasher didn't work, washer and dryer within the unit's plug sparked and blew ...the outlet, you name it and it went wrong. Trash cans look and smell disgusting, trash is always piled up and left all over. Had to speak to manager Natasha on a regular basis and every time any of us spoken to her she had a real nasty attitude, very rude and unprofessional. A lot of incoming and out coming traffic loud musing playing all through out the night. Terrible bug problem, did I mention there are roaches. Do not move here, a year was the worst experience. I’ve watched a person move out, and not even a week later after small spot cleaning move someone else in. This complex is unprofessional, and very unkept.Property Manager Responded

Never Again!!!
September 22, 2018First off, Not a safe place to live! Owner keeps raising the rent! Old property. Roaches! We have lived here for 6 years, and seen cops in here all the time. A friend moved out, and was charged all kinds of money that they didn't owe. Greedy sicko Owners. Everyone is month to month victims, to rent increases. This is just bad! Only thing is you have a roof over your head. No respect from neighbors. Trash all around cars from people wiping there noses and dropping like they are too good to pick ...up after themselves. Terrible
August 11, 2018I would not recommend this property to anyone. I used to enjoy these apartments. The management USED to be Great. Every since the apartments have been sold and this new management has taken over, they Suck, I mean really Suck. They don't respond to back to you, Unless they want something for you. They don't fix what they start. There are roaches in the laundry room, and big bugs all outside the complex that come out at night. I have sent messages several times to them and let them know that i ...need work done and they have not responded, but they did increase the rent. This place and the Management need to be taken to the Better Business Bureau, better Yet Housing because if they were to see whats truly wrong with the inside of some of these units, i'm sure they would be hit with a BIG FINE. This Management is nothing but a Big Joke. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to move here. i'm Out of here after over 10 years of being here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
