Great place to live
March 15, 2018Enjoyed my stay here. Was very pleased when I moved in. Community director and maintenance staff were always helpful and responsive to my needs. They even helped me dispose of my large furniture items including my mattress when I moved out! Definitely go with GoldenCrest and you won't be disappointed. Thank you Samantha and Enrique! Very friendly and enjoyable living environment. Quiet and clean. Extremely close to Walmart, Target, Memorial Lake, and many restaurants. It's ok..
July 28, 2015The apartment complex is older but it has had renovations in the kitchen and the bathroom. I've put in three maintenance request. All for the heating/air conditioner, all were answered quickly except the last one, which was the worst because the air wasn't blowing cold in the heat of the summer. The office Lady is nice but it feels like she's never in the office during office hours... Neighborhood isn't bad it's right across from the school and I'm literally a block from the mall and two from ...walmart. The parking lot has horrible pot holes they actually did fill them when we first moved in but they came back because they patch them instead of just re-paving the whole thing. You have one parking spot and and then they have guest parking that fills up fast, especially in the evening. Sometimes you get stuck parking on the other side of the complex and walking. The apartment was clean when we moved in and nice overall, not sure it's really worth the money we pay but that's more to do with the area than anything. It's getting us by for a little less money. And the pool is gross when it's not green it has a white cloudiness to it. Plus it's small for the amount of people that live here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
