    Horrible management, rude, confused and straight up trash. The place is literally falling down. Bed bugs, ROACHES, mice, black mold, constant interruptions due to regular clogs causing sewage back up in multiple units, seems to be a weekly issue. Don't even waste the time on reading this.

    they have bed bugs and roaches and won't do anything about it. Their maintenance is a joke they paint over rust and no hot water for half the time water gets shut off way to frequently. thers no pool it's been a pit of dirt for 7 months now

    Everything about this place is awful. The very first day I was here, my shower flooded my bedroom. I’ve gotten the cops called on me because of the scatterbrained management giving one parking spot to two residents. Only one laundry facility on the whole property and it sucks. Water has been turned off 3 times in the one month I’ve been here. Cockroaches everywhere. Water temperature can’t regulate. My neighbors upstairs also supposedly have “medical” equipment that sounds like jackhammers going ...

    I live here at the golden nuggets and it is the worst apartment I have ever lived in! The water is turned off at least 2-3 a month sometimes with warning sometimes not most of the time not. (Even while taking a shower) The mailboxes have been broken into a lot due to being out dated and not up to standards. The management tried to fix the issue but I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to fix. The management team thought it would be a good idea to stop mail service to the complex but never let ...
    there residents know that they did (That was fun). The laundromat washers and dryers never work! The water from the shower and tub, when it does work, is EXTREMELY hard, we had BLUE water come out of our bathtub (which they still haven’t looked into yet.) Also we had to buy a special shower head to filter the water. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT MOVE HERE!! They also lie about you lease agreement saying one thing then another

  • No water, no heating control

    Constantly turn off the water without notice for whole days, don't even give you another place to shower or conpensate you for the money you spend monthly on water. They don't clean the apartment before you move in. Animal hair all over the baseboards, carpet smells like years of grime, everything is painted on- hair, command strips, hooks, even the toilet paper holder is sprayed over. Towel rack barely screwed in, a/c unit falls off the wall and is grimy and dirty. Cabinets hang crooked. If ...
    stove and oven are used at same time a break will be flipped and you have to reset it to turn the stove back on. Water pipes under sink are rusty. Water leaks around sink in kitchen so anything underneath gets wet if water splatters. Can't even open bottom of oven more than a few inches because of floor heater placement. Heaters along walls in apartment are turned on long after it starts to get cold and long after it gets warm. Heaters are remotely controlled so you have no choice in whether they are on or not. Apartment gets to 90°F somtimes and even with fans or open windows it is sweltering. Management changes constantly. They are really bad at communicating changes. They don't resolve problems unless you call them constantly about it. My vehicle was sprayed by a painter who was leaning out an upper window and they didn't pay me back for the money I had to spend to get the paint removed.... There are mice that never go away and poop in the cabinets on your clean dishes and food. We have used lots of traps and they never stop coming. I do not recommend this apartment complex if you have any self-respect.
