September 10, 2025GP is great. Just a lot of dog waste everywhere. They need to build a wall blocking the noise from the highway. We will be leaving after our lease. Way too loud for us.Property Manager Responded

September 8, 2025The Golden Ponds Apartments are a great place to live. The apartments are in a great location and convenient to many restaurants or shopping. There are banks, schools, and easy access to the highway near by. The complex has nice pools and gyms available too. There is an even a nice place to walk up the street from the apartments too. September 8, 2025It has been almost a year, and my experience has been pleasant. Ammenities were to their best of their abilities, staff very friendly and helpful, and overall very lax neighbors, save for possible drama, but i figured since the property were located next to two highways. August 29, 2025I enjoy it here. It’s a nice place! And the landlords are so nice!! If you’re having a problem little or big they are quick to help! When we moved here in may we started to have a little bit of an ant problem I told maintenance about it on the app and they jumped into action quickly to help resolve the issue. August 24, 2025Love the apartments. Staff seem great, neighbors are friendly and respectful. I wish the pool was open 24 hours so I could enjoy it of an evening after work under the stars when the kidos are fast asleep and the stars are out with the heat of the day over. The only down side is that it is sad that we have to pay over 30.00 to pay rent online. I can understand a 5.00 fee even but it should be illegal to charge so much to make a payment.
