Golden Pond, "Life With a View," Springfield's newest luxury apartments. Experience the lifestyle of your dreams with your brand new home. Enjoy a great location in southwest Springfield just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and easy access to all of Springfield from James River Expressway. Golden Pond Apartments offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes with tile floors & carpet, Whirlpool appliances which include electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal, washer/dryer hookups, with a rental program. All 2 and 3 bedroom homes have two full baths with the two bedroom homes being split-bed plans. Enjoy free cable and high speed Internet, also sewer, water, and trash service is paid for. Golden Pond apartments is one of the few apartment complexes to offer free high-speed Internet. Enjoy the 20'x40' swimming pool, in ground 8'x10' hot tub, covered picnic area, and coin-operated laundry facility at the activity center. The activity center will house the on-site exercise facility. For the outdoor folks, Golden Pond has a 3.5 acre, stocked fishing lake with a fishing dock and trails complete with fountains, fully-landscaped to blend with our Ozark Mountain theme of the Golden Pond.

GP is great. Just a lot of dog waste everywhere. They need to build a wall blocking the noise from the highway. We will be leaving after our lease. Way too loud for us.

The Golden Ponds Apartments are a great place to live. The apartments are in a great location and convenient to many restaurants or shopping. There are banks, schools, and easy access to the highway near by. The complex has nice pools and gyms available too. There is an even a nice place to walk up the street from the apartments too. The apartments are a good size and utilities are low.

It has been almost a year, and my experience has been pleasant. Ammenities were to their best of their abilities, staff very friendly and helpful, and overall very lax neighbors, save for possible drama, but i figured since the property were located next to two highways. Still would recoment.

I enjoy it here. It’s a nice place! And the landlords are so nice!! If you’re having a problem little or big they are quick to help! When we moved here in may we started to have a little bit of an ant problem I told maintenance about it on the app and they jumped into action quickly to help resolve the issue. Definitely recommend this place!! It’s so close to a lot of things and it’s just nice!!

Love the apartments. Staff seem great, neighbors are friendly and respectful. I wish the pool was open 24 hours so I could enjoy it of an evening after work under the stars when the kidos are fast asleep and the stars are out with the heat of the day over. The only down side is that it is sad that we have to pay over 30.00 to pay rent online. I can understand a 5.00 fee even but it should be illegal to charge so much to make a payment. Also, a hot tub would be nice.

I absolutely love golden pound. I think the only issue I would say that there could possibly be is that I think people are using the pool that are not residence. And there’s not much of a sound barrier between the levels of the apartments.
