August 14, 2025I absolutely love golden pound. I think the only issue I would say that there could possibly be is that I think people are using the pool that are not residence. And there’s not much of a sound barrier between the levels of the apartments.Review from Apartments.com

August 1, 2025I love living here at Golden Pond Apartments I’ve been here for almost 2 years now. I love the people I have met and have had great interactions with everyone. I can’t imagine living any other place. This offers everything you need plus your own anonymity of being a homeowner. You responsible for your own items yet at the same time we have our own dedicated maintenance crew that we can rely on to assist us and answer any questions that we need as we’re going through each and every day We have an ...office staff that is bright and smiling and cheerful. You couldn’t imagine going into a brighter place and seeing smiles and faces of people you know and you. I love the Pond.Property Manager Responded

July 2, 2025It is a very nice place to live. I would like to see better security with faster response times. I would also like to see residents being held accountable for their stuff on the breezeways as well as the front parking spots being taken by residents with 3 or more vehicles instead of parking them in the overflow.Property Manager Responded
