Amazing Place to Live
January 18, 2023This is a hidden gem in E-town, The place extremely well maintained outside and in. The property manager is extremely accessible as he lives on site. Hard working young gentlemen who takes time to fix any issue you have while living here immediately. In two years I had one issue, let the property manager know and it was getting worked on in less than two hours. I can't recommend this place enough.Review from Apartments.com
Can’t get ahold of anyone

Not good
June 30, 2021I tried calling to talk about the apartments and someone said no availables if it’s maintenance to call them, and hung up. I then tried calling again and they disconnected the phone. I do not approve in living somewhere or rent from someone that is going to act like that.Review from Apartments.com
Totally Unresponsive
May 11, 2021I called several times and left voice mails yet no one ever called back. I also sent several emails inquiring about the apartments. Only email response I received was the application which I completed and sent back within hours and they still haven't responded. Terrible customer service practices.Review from Apartments.com

April 24, 2021I emailed this property three times to inquire about availability, however, no one replied. I phoned and the person on the voicemail message sounded rude and unwelcoming so I decided I don't want to do business with them based on the previous unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism I encountered.Review from Apartments.com
