Toxic black mold in the apartments

I lost everything due to this new management. They did no inspection prior to buying the new building. They refuse to return deposits without paperwork. My two children have been sick for over a year so has my dog. We had unlivable amount of black toxic mold throughout our entire apartment. I lost every piece of furniture inside my unit and had to stay at hotels and my parents house with no help from the people who caused me so much pain and money. Do yourself a favor and skip this place... save ...

Been here for over a year, in the beginning things were great! No problems. Cheap spacious apartments. Then constently having to have our apartment bombarded with “potential buyers” invading privacy and space every other day. WITH ZERO COMPENSATION. The trash shoot is always full and over flowing on every single floor! The roaches are so disgusting and they hardly ever fumigate. Once a month if that! Now the construction is making this unreal. They do things without notifying anyone! THEY ...

PRESSURE CLEANED THE BALCONY WITHOUT NOTICE OR WARNING EVERYTHING IS SOAKED ON OUR BALCONY AND WHO DO WE COMPLAIN TO WHEN NO ONE IS IN THE LEASING OFFICE EVER AND THERE IS NO NUMBER!?!?! DO NOT LIVE HERE. ESPECIALLY WITH THE RAISE IN PRICE IT IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. THIS PLACE IS RATCHET AND WE ARE SO GLAD TO BE MOVING OUT. Listen to the other reviews they are all true. Everyone is moving out as soon as they can.

I legitimately almost died from their negligence!!! Our apartment as well as others tested positive for black toxic mold stachybotrys and failed code enforcement inspections. There is water coming from the vents and walls. They put in a dehumidifier and told me my apartment was safe. It was far from it. No one is permitted to enter without a respirator mask. They tried to get us to sign off to get our own deposit back with no regard to the 5k we had to pay for hospital bill's, new furniture, ...

mold inspection as well the fact that we are all still sick a month later. I was hospitalized multiple times in 1 week cause I could not breathe. Please watch your own health, safety and those of your family, kids and pets. Not worth almost dying over cheap rent.

Absolutely horrible

I’ve been here for 2 years and been through 3 “property managers” that know absolutely nothing. They blame corporate, tell you to contact corporate, then literally just ignore you. There’s no assigned parking and half of the cars parked don’t live there. People take there dogs right outside of their apt which is right in the walkway to use the bathroom. It’s disgusting. My kids play hopscotch to get through land mines of dog crap. You do not want to live here.

Be careful and do not live here . The Office Manager is very deceitful and blames everything on corporate but she really fuels the bad energy . Tells you one price of apartment then hike up price . Takes many applications to build revenue when its only 1 available . Roaches and rats are everywhere . The office manager is horrible and steals your deposits .
