The reason I'm even giving this place more than one star is because it's nicely priced for its size and amenities. This building is horrible, there are no fire detectors (which I'm pretty sure is illegal) and the building is in disrepair. To make matters worse, the one maitanence man is severely overworked. Along with his maintenance tasks, he is forced to do office work because the lazy landlord refuses to come out here and do it herself. Also, one time we came home to a note saying we had ...
missed rent and were to be moved out within 2 days. We actually HAD paid the rent, the landlord is just disorganized, but who in God's name could clear an entire 2 bedroom apartment in 2 days!?! All in all this apartment would do better in the hands of a different company because the one currently in charge has no clue what they're doing.
