STAY AWAY!!!

1. No one cleans up after there dog. 2. Laundry room is nasty and it smells like pee. 3. Tenants walk through the back to take out garbage and drag the bag spilling trash and kitty litter everywhere. 4.no matter what u do u will get roaches from your neighbor.

It has been a complete maintenance nightmare the whole time we lived here. Bedbugs, broken handrail, tack strips sticking through the carpet, water leaking from moldy bath tub through the ceiling, back door leaked as of it weren't there burrowing rats and it got off to a bad start when we viewed a place signed the lease and they move us into what looked like a crack motel. Property Management is poor there is trash and stuff all over the parking lot dog crap all over the courtyard and neighbors ...

that party all night letting there kids run around till 12 @ night it would not be somewhere I recommend unless your handy and desperate. Also maintenance requests get you nowhere.

Good Afternoon! I am sorry you did not have a good experience moving into your townhome. I took over managing Gracely Townhomes in February last year, long after you moved in. Regarding your maintenance requests - Unfortunately, they were not completed because maintenance was not given permission to enter. After contacting you multiple times to schedule with no response, we closed the work order. If we do not have permission to enter, we are unable to complete the work. Also, if anybody is ever in need of pest control, we have always immediately scheduled an appointment with a pest control company free of charge. I, personally, am at the townhomes several times a week picking up trash and we do our best to make sure our residents are happy. We also have the laundry room professionally cleaned often. Thank you for your feedback. We hope you are enjoying your new home!
