July 30, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comJust wanted to reiterate what the OP said below because I’m not sure if the earlier reviews even lived in the same building. Broken machines and flooding in the laundry room. Huge bug and animal problem year round. Management barely replies, took a couple days for them to reply when there was no power/water which happens too often.

The newly redone apartment was everything that I was looking for. I applied and got approved a couple of days later. The apartment was finally mine! I can’t wait live here for awhile.
