Do you like cockroaches? Do you love electrical issues that require three grown men to enter your home to fix? Do you enjoy water leaking from your bathroom ceiling whenever your neighbor takes a bath? Then this place is for you! Festering daily with new disgusting issues. They need to just tear this building down and start over. I’ve had more issues — on a daily basis — living here in ~3 months than 6 years at my previous unit. Avoid this place like a hawk
