Great People and beautiful location
July 5, 2024The management team has expedited my return from 18 months of homelessness. I enjoyed a tour of this lovely location just before the Fourth of July. Even though it was a holiday, the gracious management team helped me get my rent paid. I have never been so grateful. The building is very retro, with classic architecture, and the famous Grand Central Market just below. Certainly a place for someone that likes to cook. Or just eat a variety of interesting food from diverse cultures. We do have ...a housing shortage and Grand Central certainly facilitated my return to my life’s work. I am grateful to be treated like a human being again. The place is tastefully, renovated, quiet and clean! I highly recommend this location. GW FleischmanRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Management - Attractive Units With Character
October 14, 2015I've lived in the building for a little over 3 months now. I have a beautiful corner unit with cement floors, large restroom, and mosaic exposed tile in the living room area. I have great views of the north and east - the a/c has been very pleasant given the heat this fall. Building manager is very persistent and is very lively. The building has great tenants - some areas could use some updating but it's obvious that the management is headed in the right direction. I highly recommend this ...complex. Grand Central Market downstairs, nicer part of downtown and parking offered with units. We love Tulia!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst deal in downtown
August 2, 2015I've lived here almost five years. I was always willing to put up with how dirty and run down the place is because it was cheap. My rent has now gone up nearly $700.00 in two years, making it cost the same as all of the new build and nicely outfitted places downtown, but it's still dirty and run down. Tulia, the onsite manager, is great, but the ownership and management company suck. Every single other apartment building in downtown at this price point is better.Review from Apartments.com
