    I toured the community and was met with the most courteous, professional and thoughtful staff! The assistant manager was attentive to current residents while maintaining responsiveness to all of my questions. It was helpful to learn all of the various ways residents make use of the amenities and communal spaces and how some have designated areas in their homes for decor and functionality. It’s clear that security and service are priorities in this building. Sarah was more than gracious and ...
    long-time residents (e.g. 6-12 years) I interacted with had nothing but positive feedback regarding the responsiveness of maintenance and management (which I observed first hand during my tour). Such a clean and safe environment that delivered on what is advertised on their website. If you like what you see online, you’ll be all the more impressed by an in-person look! As a mature, professional who works downtown, I am looking forward to a shorter commute and more time to spend enjoying my home and new neighborhood. 5 stars

    The apartment community is well maintained. I particularly enjoyed my unit, perfectly situated in the community. The only detracting factor would be downtown living and the overrun of homelessness, public/visible drug use and mental health issues that play out in the immediate area.
