September 23, 2015We've been living here now for 4 Mos...and have had such a long list of 'fix its' normally I would do a simple repair myself...but for the first 2 Mos, our dryer vent was clogged and wouldn't let my laundry dry. They(maintenance) tried to clean 2x & the 3rd time finally wrked. (After 2Mos waiting) one night I had my kitchen window screen busted out as I was in my kitchen by someone throwing a plastic(full) bottle through it. The kids around here are rambunctious and run around loud. (I have a ...special needs toddler). Besides that, the apt itself is nice and big and spacious! You have ur own fenced "backyard" . THey Do PROVIDE A lot. Including cable, water, trash etc. Pest control sucks! Spiders, ants, moles, flies etc. out here are CRAZY! I've ended up adding my own control. Generally it is a rather low key area. I've enjoyed it thus far, considering the run around issues. Hope this helps! Good luck!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very Pleased
August 12, 2015I am so glad we moved to Grand Oaks Apartments. The area is nice and clean. There is a playground for my children. We moved here from a very small town to a big city. The staff in the office was very nice and caring to our needs. The service guys are very professional and prompted. We had an end of summer party and I won $25 off my rent. The school system for my children is perfect for them. I highly recommend this apartment complex. We are close to everything.Review from Apartments.com

July 31, 2015My name is Scott, I have lived at Grand Oak Community apartments and homes for ten months. I moved into my apt. at Grand Oak community in Oct. of 2014. I have really enjoy living at Grand Oak Community so far. During the application process I recieved courteous service. however there somethings I feel need to be advised along with tips. Grand Oak Community dose not keep a full time manager in the office. A new manager is assigned to the front office about every 6 months give or take. this ...is important to know because whom you talk to about a apt. or home you may not be there the next time you need some information.
