The management has changed twice in the past three years. The most recent staff is friendly. They have pictures of a play area for children, however, it has been a dirt lot for the past two years. The spa area is not maintained properly and was closed off last year most of the year because it needed repairing, currently the spa blower does not work. hands, there is rarely toilet paper or seat covers available and it is not regularly cleaned and usually smells like cigarettes. The maintenance team is comprised of incompetent workers that can be friendly at times. The area surrounding the entrance of the complex is better taken care of versus other areas. The community is tolerable because price is decent.
