The property management team at Grand Plaza is one of the best I have ever encountered, working always in a professional and friendly manner. I worked with Matthew and he tackled any issues that came up without any delay. The maintenance crew and concierge at this property is also wonderful. The amenities are well kept and very, very nice.

Great location, friendly door staff, above average gym and pool but kitchens and bathrooms need to be updated (currently low end materials) to be worth the price for the rent when compared to equivalent River North properties.
