February 8, 2024My experience has been great living at grand pre east, the office staff are so friendly and courtes always letting me know when there are updates in the apartment complex.The amenitys are top notch and up to date. Anytime i want to use the game room I can rent out pool equipment or go play mini golf. The apartments are spacious and affordable some apartments have views of the beutiful pond. Theres also plenty of parking and even a dog park. For anyone looking for apartment thats affordable ...should come and sign up for a tour here.Property Manager Responded

Not worth the $$$ not even a little
October 3, 2022Not worth it for the price. The amenities do exist but they’re in poor condition. The hallways are gross and dingy. Management will be nice to your face and pretend to be helpful but behind the scenes they will be petty and make issues for you. And when it comes time to get your deposit back, doesn’t matter if you give an address in writing, you will still have to chase it down. Would not recommend living here even if you are trying to save money there’s better for less.Property Manager Responded

Friendly Living Environment
July 3, 2022The staff and people that live here are extremely friendly. I was new to the area and didn't know many people, but once I moved in, I was able to meet a lot of new faces. The apartment was nice, maintenance requests were fast, and you can't go wrong with an indoor and outdoor pool. Plus local food trucks come by the apartment.Property Manager Responded

Moving in Review
March 17, 2021I just moved in today traveling from Toronto, Canada and I can say it was a smooth process all the way with Lucas always on top of things, making sure my husband and I are looking for something specific! So far its been great! TJ has also been very inviting as I arrived to the complex! I will leave an update later on in a couple of months if I run into issues and see how the team gets the problem solved. So far as I go down the check list there has been some minor damage from the previous person ...who lived here, and I've been finding random stuff on the carpet. Nothing a vacuum cant do though! The place is a bit old fashion, and the hallway does have an odd odor as you walk down the hall. It's also quite dark too, maybe a suggestion of changing the dark blue paint to something brighter and add some lights in the hallways! Definitely needs a bit of an upgrade to todays modern taste! People are harsh
July 11, 2020I have been here for a year and a half. I have had several maintenance issues (normal stuff) that we’re all fixed in a couple days. My apartment was very clean when I moved in, they obviously hire cleaners rather than just leave it as the previous resident left it like a lot of places do. If the carpet wasn’t new it was definitely shampooed. I love the indoor and outdoor pools and the courtyard. I have never seen or heard anyone who has seen pests of any kind. I have only had one instance where a ...neighbor was playing loud music, they were having a party and they turned it down after about an hour. Most of the time I don’t hear my neighbors at all. There are a lot of good things about living here. My main reason for giving 4 stars is the price and the fact that it went up $50 when I renewed. I know it’s “normal” for the rental market but it still sucks. As for the “odd smells” that other residents talk about...it’s an apartment building. You are living with hundreds of other people. Expensive, Maintenence Issues
February 24, 2016If you want a garage, be prepared to spend another $65 per month on top of the rent, plus you pay for your own utilities. The building itself is very old despite the new exterior and has a number of issues. Slowly Declining
January 30, 2016We have been here for about 2 years now. Since the change of ownership, the condition of the building has been slowly declining. The staff here are amazing, but sadly, not amazing enough to balance out for the lack of facility care since new ownership. The hallway carpet is faded and rarely cleaned, the washer and drier make clothes smell bad, instead of good, and the rent has gone up both renewals without any upgrade to the unit or the amenities. The owner is unwilling to make exceptions for ...people who are not in a financial situation to have a rent increase. The owners decisions reflect that he/she only cares about money coming in, and not about the residents who live here. In these last few months I have noticed more people moving out than in. Digression at its finest
August 23, 2015This is a great deal if you use all the amenities- courtyard, indoor and outdoor pool, and small workout room. It's a great location off 36, 35E and 694. Unfortunately, the place has digressed a bit with rims and bikes being stolen from the garage. The rental office got a snazzy new look but the hallways are dimly lit, smell of various odors and not inviting.
