    I have been here less than a year and management is awful, they weren't even friendly during the lease signing. Maintenance barely does their job so they never fix the cause of the problem just the aftermath. They don't handle maintenance request in a timely manner and on top of that everything seems to fall apart as soon as you move in. Rent increases are ridiculous and seem to be happening more frequently. No utilities included so when your basement/sink/toilet floods which seems to happen at ...
    units here frequently, there goes your water bill. Awful place to live and not even the tip of the iceberg. Save yourself money and time and find a place that's more reasonable, actually takes care of their properties, and doesn't try to screw your over
