First off I want to thank Amanda for the easy rental process. I needed a place to stay in a hurry and she made it happen. I love my renovated unit!!! I can watch the sunrise and water from my front porch.

Property being neglected and run down
June 1, 2021
Fences around property are in shambles and dangerous. Will not fix damages 9 month after storm passed. Children exposed to rusty nails and no protection from thieves. No response to repeated complaints and Property management not concerned. Dont even consider moving here. Their website says "suspended for non-payment" ... they dont even maintain their website ... BEWARE.

Used to be great

Lived here for several years. Really nice apartment complex with beautiful views friendly neighbors. New management took over and the place has changed drastically. Property manager ignores safety and health issues. These apartments are now being rented out corporately and if I were a large company, I would NOT want to put my employees up here. Very sad as they used to be a hidden gem in the bay here. Apartments are now rundown with mold, ventilation issues as well as incidents with other ...
