Disgusting
July 23, 2022Do not let ur family move in here, it's disgusting! Hall carpets have not been shampooed for 20 yrs! Bugs; fleas, bedbugs, roaches, Nats, and mice! Charge $25.00 to unclog a toilet and $5.00 to change a light bulb to a 80 yr old senior, I do my own! Elevator is dirty! Low maintenance help! Bldg is not secure! If u do, take pics of apt before u move in! Forget exterminators, cheap and unprofessional, thinks everything is a joke! Think twice, all air vents are dirty! Take a tour! Valley Corp has no ...problem raising the rent, but has problems maintaining the bldg! Everytime a raise with social security, ur rent is raised! Excretion on Wall stairwell and a poop by a tenants door, yes it was cleaned up, but not over the weekend, oh no, time and a half pay for maintenance is not allowed! Dirty and Bugs
November 6, 2020I was told by property manager that an exterminator comes “the third Wednesday of the month” as well as inspections are done for cleanliness. Both lies. 20 months and an exterminator was here once. Next door apartment had bedbugs and I was bit twice. They still didn’t want to do preventative treatment because I didn’t have an infestation!! I treated apartment myself!! General areas are dirty because the custodian says he has 10 buildings to take care of. Property manager has 600 apartments and ...issues are not being taken care of properly and when you contact upper management the property manager calls and screams. If this is what you are looking for and are willing to deal with, I say good luck. They manage 10 properties and I can’t imagine any of them being any different.? Oh, I also dealt with bad odors and knats for more than 5 months because inspections are NOT done and the person below me is DIRTY. The seals on my windows are broken and this is how they entered my apartment. ONE BIG NIGHTMARE!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
