The apartments are tiny and pretty outdated, but it's a good starter apartment. The laundry facilities aren't good; you have to walk to a different building to do your laundry and they only have 4 washers and dryers. The maintenance is good. The location is great; you can walk to Lake Lansing and the park within minutes. The parking is pretty good too. There are a lot of pros and cons about these apartments. It would be good for a single person, but I wouldn't recommend these for 2 people.

I have nothing but excellent comments for this apt community physically. What makes it superb are the staff. Each and everyone just goes over and above and is eager to help with what ever you might need.
