About Grant View Court
Grant View Court Apartments is a quiet family complex that is pet friendly. We accept all size and breed of dogs. Cats are no charge. All our apartments have hard wood floors with double pane window thru out, for energy efficiency. The kitchens have a stove, refrigerator and most have a pantry, all have a kitchen window. Select units have a dishwasher. The heat is thermostat controlled,radiant heat in the ceilings. Separate controls in both bedrooms and the bathroom. There is extra storage in the hallway including a linen closet. All windows come with vertical window coverings. There are two onsite laundry rooms. 24 hour coded access. They run on an App system that require no quarters. Gresham is Portland's gateway to Mt. Hood. Sitting just between the city and Oregon's highest mountain residents enjoy easy access to winter sports as well as over 300 acres of parkland, a vibrant arts culture and a variety of local farmer's markets. I would like to give a great review about this apartments but i would be dishonest with myself.i would like to start of with the managment they do not care about anything thats going on with this complex infact they stay away from here as much as posible we have no manager on site,there is to much violence and tenents fights and drug activities and prostitution,gunshots,pest control problems,managment says there are trying to clean up this complex but they are not they keep renting to the same ...
kind of people drug users with criminal records and evictions.there is still some good families here, i honestly wish i can provide a better place for my 3 children but i can not afford another better apartment.
