that they own 380 apartments throughout the Tampa Bay area, & it would "cost an arm & a leg for postage" if they had to send out notifications by mail. (I only bring this up because the notice for resident parking tags were "left on each door" by management, that's how they knew everyone got information. With rent as high as it is, I don't understand how postage isn't an affordable means of communication. Garbage litters the parking lot & foliage, ghetto neighbors who take zero pride in where they live will just throw whatever wherever. When the landscaping services even show up, they leave all the litter everywhere. There is no effort to keep the grounds clean unless other residence go out to clean up after everyone else. People here are loud & have no regard for courtesy nor respect. They yell & get rowdy at all hours of day, most notably at around 2-5 am, with yelling, screaming, arguing, or having sex. It's filthy, disgusting, & you can hear every bit of it. I've been woken up out of a deep sleep on several occasions hearing my neighbours go at it. The apartments do nothing about the noise. Lastly, I am getting out of the military, my lease will end & I will have roughly two months between that time and relocating. Most places have short term month to month extensions for the same amount of rent. Here, It's an additional $200 a month to extend. Basically, you're paying for a tiny, cheap, "affordable" apartments, with more loud, rude, dirty neighbors, than nice, respectable ones. Expect to wait long periods of time for everything that will break to be fixed & for random people to enter your house without notifying you ahead of time. Also this has hands down, the MOST disrespectful, unorganized, rude, horrid customer service orientated management you will ever meet. I would give zero stars if I was able to because of how terrible they treat their residence. So much attitude & disrespect. Do Not Live Here!
