Green Oaks apartments
September 17, 2015This apartment complex is in a nice area, despite the train tracks across the street. It's quiet, but very nosey neighbors. There isn't any on site managers or leasing staff, only a maintenance man who lives on the premises. The leasing staff consist of (a female), of whom I've only seen twice in the 7 months I've been there is not consistent or organized. I give my rent to the maintenance man every month, which shows no real owner. The apartment t as a whole is decent for what you pay but still ...needs some renovation. I still have a window in my sons room which is cracked and needs to be replaced. Not kid friendly at all, no place for a child to Run around or play.
