The price is very reasonable and it is a good neighborhood especially if you have children. However, the facility lacks numerous of things such as providing FREE washing and drying, monthly carpet cleanings, mold control.. etc. I currently have mold all throughout my bathroom and there is no way anyone can go in there! Smh I am disappointed

If you have mold in your apartment, please let management know! We cannot fix what we do not know about. As of this response, the staff had just started doing their annual check up on bathrooms and kitchens, to prevent such issues! In the event it is as toxic as this person states, then we would go the route of removing the walls and putting in a new Surround (even if original was Tile) so that the tenant can get there bathroom back ASAP. Removing all mold, spraying and remediating as needed!
Just a quick reminder that mold on the walls typically comes from ventilation or over saturation. Please make sure all bathroom fans are on when water is running and for about 15 minutes after. Most switches have been changed so that when the light comes on, so does the fan, to avoid this issue. Additionally, it is important for tenants to CLEAN THEIR BATHROOMS. and recaulk the bathroom once as a courtesy, but we do expect that a tenant maintains the cleanliness of their bathroom. IF the issue is a leak from somewhere else causing the mold, we will do everything we can to remove, replace and get a unit back to pre mold status as soon as possible!
