Absolutely don’t move here

Terrible management experience. I briefly parked in the roundabout—no more than 5–10 minutes—while I went upstairs to get my dog, and my car was towed almost immediately. As a resident, this felt extremely excessive and unfair. I reached out to management, but Connor was unhelpful and made no effort to resolve the situation or offer any support. Beyond that, ongoing building issues continue to be ignored. For example, the lights in the stairwells have been out, and I’ve had to request repairs ...

multiple times with no follow-through. Basic safety concerns like proper lighting should not require repeated requests from residents. Overall, management has been unresponsive and dismissive. This experience has been very disappointing.

My hubby and I have lived in Greens Edge for several years. The complex is fantastic. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. We are very blessed to have Jeremy and his maintenance team taking care of the units. Jeremy is always super helpful and very friendly. We will continue living here as long as we live in Fort Myers.

What I love about Greens Edge is that hey have so many green huge areas specially for pets and in top of that you have a free dog spa where you can bath your dog! Peacefull place as well.
