Absolutely don’t move here
April 7, 2026Terrible management experience. I briefly parked in the roundabout—no more than 5–10 minutes—while I went upstairs to get my dog, and my car was towed almost immediately. As a resident, this felt extremely excessive and unfair. I reached out to management, but Connor was unhelpful and made no effort to resolve the situation or offer any support. Beyond that, ongoing building issues continue to be ignored. For example, the lights in the stairwells have been out, and I’ve had to request repairs ...multiple times with no follow-through. Basic safety concerns like proper lighting should not require repeated requests from residents. Overall, management has been unresponsive and dismissive. Great place to live
June 17, 2024This is our 2nd year leasing with Greens edge. These are the best apartments in Fort Myers. Not only is our apartment super spacious but the community has a lot to offer! Very nice community pool/ hot tub, A Sauna, bike trails and beautiful views all around this community! It’s nice that its tucked off the main road, conveniently close to everything.
