My name is Matteo and I have lived at this property, a single bedroom flat, since March-2021. I hame very satisfied with the property and amenities. The arrangement of the letting contract was very simple and flawless. Crucial was the support of the property manager Sandy that was incredibly helpful and supportive especially in maintaining an open communication channel prior to my arrival to the US. I have lived at this place for couple years, and it was great experience! Friendly neighbourhood and great location, easy to get around as everything is just couple minutes away! I lived here for a little over a year and had a good experience. Neighbors were super friendly and respectful. The property is well maintained l. The property manager was super helpful and responded right away when I needed something fixed. The neighborhood is quiet which was important to me as I work nightshift. Overall, I had a good experience.
