Save your money and time and look somewhere else. They turn the water off 3 to 4 times a month for a leak that will never get repaired because they keep using maintenance staff and won’t hire a professional company. They try to charge additional fees for taking out trash on the weekend that were not outlined in the lease. And the staff only speak Spanish. No one speaks English although this is an English-speaking country so most of the time communication lines are blurred. They don’t respond to ...

I have tried to get a virtual tour of the complex several times, and each time was cancelled or rescheduled due to the agent not being available. When I called the office to see if I could have an in-person tour or at least have my questions about leasing answered, I was cut off mid-sentence and told to go to the website and "just look at the pictures because we don't have anything to show until the end of the month. We not doing in-person tours." This unprofessional demeanor is how I assume they ...

I have stayed here a year and have seen 4 property managers. It’s sad when a business can’t keep the business afloat. Most of the employees have terrible attitudes. They did not make me feel comfortable and confident to stay as a tenant. Worst property I have stayed at
