Exceptional Landlord and move-in ready homes
October 14, 2025I have been staying here a little over a year now and it's been great, the office manager Bridget is very nice, she is always on top of everything and makes sure to keep you happy, they also have brand new trailers. I haven't had a problem that hasn't been solved, she makes sure to take care of her tenants!!! I will miss her when I eventually go.Review from Apartments.com
Deceiving
April 28, 2025Pictures can be deceiving. Their mobile home park is more run down looking. Also? The website states that they have a laundry facility and a clubhouse---when they actually have NEITHER. They do not honor their leases, increase rent at random and charge $100 to cut your grass without warning. This is just the tip of the iceburg. STAY AWAY!!! (if zero stars were an option, it would still be too much)Review from Apartments.com
