NOT RECOMMENDED DUE TO FRAUD
January 12, 2018
This place is a total scam. AVOID IT BY ALL MEANS. I was there for 3 years and after removing my bank account info PRIOR to vacate the place I was still charged for another month. This was an UNAUTHORIZED transaction and when trying to get it back they gave me a full list of "damages" which were total nosense and now they wanted to keep 90 % of my money. DONT RENT HERE!!!!

Rude staff

Walked in today to get information about this place and the office staff was horriable. Did not speak when I opened the door, even though I spoke. The two ladies in the office never looked up from the computer. When I asked about the apartment she older lady did not want to help she was very rude and told me I was not looking on the correct website. WOW is all I could say an walked out. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Rent is too high for such a small living place... Concrete walls are a downside, lots of mold grew in my apartment and they didn't do much to fix it besides spray mildew remover. Parking lots and surrounding areas feel unsafe. They will overcharge you for any small repairs when you move out.

Living at Greenville on 141 is good. It's relatively quiet. It's child and animal friendly. I feel safe for the most part. Also the renovations that were done was a nice touch especially for the rent cost. It's a nice place to live.

Rents are very reasonable!! There is plenty of parking so you never have to worry. The quadrants are great for activities. Pet friendly. For the most part very quiet. Never had an issue with theft. The staff is very friendly and you can pay your rent online. If there is ever an issue with the unit, maintenance is sent out ASAP. Great place to live close to all major highways and shopping. Also a Dunkin donuts within walking distance which is amazing!

Our community is quiet, peaceful and located within walking distance of shopping centers and restaurants you couldn't ask for a more conveinient location.The landscaping is well-maintained and the office staff are always helpful and easy to communicate with. Most of the apartments have been recently remodeled and include a washer and dryer. The rent is reasonable for the area and there is plenty available parking. Maintenance is very responsive and repairs are made in a timely manner. Like to ...
work out? There is a brand new exercise room which is spacious and well-lit. Stay fit, relax, and enjoy the quiet surroundings that is Greenville at 141. It's the closest you can get to Paradise without a passport. So come for a visit and stay for a vacation. Jenel A., Wilmington, De.
