Community provides maintenance, water, sewer, trash pickup, lawn maintenance and snow/ice removal in winter. Villas are all electric and electric remains the responsibility of the tenant. Includes outdoor gazebo with decorative waterfall pond, on-site manager, clubhouse with several activities per month (sponsored by residents) and periodic luncheons provided by owner. Residents park in front of their villas in a community parking area and, other than curb (there are also ramps throughout), there are no steps into the villas. Villas have walk-in showers, laundry room with laundry hookups, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, a spacious front porch with white railing and a back patio (one bedroom villas have covered patios). Well-kept villas and grounds. One pet under 25 pounds allowed with pet fee of $300 and pet rent of $20.00 per month.
