Misleading and rude
September 30, 2021
I called to double check that the property has in-unit washer and dryer - they do not. When I mentioned that they should change that with apartments.com, they hung up on me in mid sentence. There is no excuse for being rude to a potential customer, and listings should be accurate. If that is how a potential customer is treated - imagine how they would treat someone who is already tied into a lease. I will never rent from this apartment complex or this management company.

Greenwich manor

This apartment complex is in a great location. Close to all major highways, malls and grocery stores. It's a quiet place and the tenets are pretty good. The apartments are in need of updating. The rent is reasonable with hot water included in rent. There is a laundry room in bldg..if you can deal with some flaws it's not a bad place to live. B

We also have to agree that the property is due for upgrades. We have begun discussions on a 2 year property improvement plan which will include interiors of units and common areas. The surrounding properties are implementing very positive improvements, such as a large green space with walking trails, so we need to begin to add to the area development and improvement.
