Gresham Station Apartments are supposed to be non smoking, but my apartment is filled with tobacco, flavored tobacco, and weed smoke all day, every day. It seems that a large percentage of people living here smoke, and really, really resent me saying anything to them about smoking in their apartment, or under my window. I have to keep my windows closed if I want to breathe, but my apartment is tiny, and stuffy, so it's a constant battle. Mgmt. told me basically, that if I didn't like it, I could ...
move. Also, the 24 hr. a day sound of my neighbor's t.v. makes sleeping in my bedroom extremely uncomfortable,& almost impossible for me. Again, mgmt. is not doing anything about it. I HATE it here.

Gresham Station Apartments is Horrible.

This place is bad on so many levels. Shoddy construction, inconsistent application of rules and regulations. Filthy recycling and garbage facilities. Noisy and smelly. Terrible management and too many rent increases.
