Griffis oak lawn is the new kid in town
October 15, 2024I've been with this property 3 separate occasions now, and absolutely love it. It's changed hands 3 times now since 2018, and so far, just a few weeks into Griffis taking over, I'm a fan. They started upgrades to the property on day one. The office staff (some temporary helping with the transition, and some permanent) have been amazing. I'm so used to "big business" running a property, having to jump through hoops and waiting indefinitely to get anything done/approved, and this company/team makes ...everything a piece of cake. They are empowered to do things others couldn't do on a local level. Even when there's a pretty major hiccup that they knew was going to take several days to fix, they accommodated me and my partner and made us happy. Lyn, the property manager, and Bridget are great to work with. The maintenance folks are great, fast, and efficient.Property Manager Responded
