Welcome to Grosvenor Arms! The historic landmark was built in 1931 and features beautiful vintage finishes such as original wood floors, large windows and built ins. Each apartment home is unique and special and we take pride in preserving the beautiful original woodwork throughout. The community is walking distance from the 16th Street Mall, Natural Grocers, coffee shops, and many great restaurants and bars. We would love to have you join our lovely community! Utilities: residents will be billed back for water, waste water, valet trash, gas (heat), and WIFI. Grosvenor Arms -Vintage Building in Uptown -Garage parking for $175/Month-ask about availability Security Deposits and Application Fees: We offer online applications on our website. The application fee is a non-refundable $30 regardless of acceptance. We ask for a $500 security deposit with approved credit. If you are approved with conditions we may offer a higher security deposit. Pet Policy We are a pet free community - service animals are always welcome!!!

October 30, 2019We absolutely love our apartment at Grosvenor Arms. The property manager, Paige, is extremely friendly, organized, and always prioritizes the resident's needs. May 23, 2019I just moved into the building about a month ago and so far it's been great. The amenities are nice, especially having your trash picked up for you! Building management is quick and gets back to you right away and everyone has been really nice. I like that I can trust my packages not getting stolen and the apartment itself is lovely. Only major points of frustration, lack of AC and being able to use a window unit, the walls are plaster so not easy to hang items, and the kitchen isn't great. ...Otherwise, it's a great apartment for the cost!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Gross-venor Arms, Just Kidding.
July 20, 2015This old world charming building really allows for affordable living near downtown Denver. It's less than 10 minute walk to 16th street mall and a 10 minute drive to I-25. There is not A/C, but all the utilities, excluding heat are included in the rent. I recommend finding a unit up and away from the courtyard as it is a common outside area for residents and the public to gather and keep you up at night! But other than that, Grosvenor is great!Review from Apartments.com
