July 2, 2025I rented this townhouse for a year and loved the spacious layout and quiet neighborhood. The management and maintenance are second to none. They did finally build the playground, and my son loves playing on it.Review from Apartments.com
Nice, but has flaws
May 12, 2021Pros: I love the affordability for the size! I love that I have a 2 story townhouse so it feels more homey. The space is good, and doesn't feel crammed. The location is decent, within walking distance to EB, and a short drive to shops. The neighborhood is wonderful, mostly families, and everyone on this street lives in these apartments so it feels safe, and lots of people walking their dogs! Cons: I've had stinkbug/spider/house centipede problem since moving in, and I've asked a few times for ...them to have the exterminator come, and they either ignore me or say that they can't help. It's also somewhat difficult to get in contact with management to have maintenance come and fix things in my apartment. Often I'll be straight up ignored after multiple follow ups over the course of a few months, and I've been here almost a year and they still haven't fixed things they said they would when I moved in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 18, 2019A nice quiet neighborhood with a community garden and a area for grilling. Pet friendly. Close to a beach and fishing areas. Management and maintenance staff are great friendly people and are easily accessible at most any hour. They always have a smile and a kind word. Apts come with washer/dryer.and dishwasher. Most months have community events and/or contests. I've lived here since 2005 and haven't had any complaints.
