I have a great apartment community. Lot's of pets. Lots of planned community events. Pet of the month although I'm still hoping for my pet babies to be chosen. Overall the apartment complex is well kept and the people are friendly.

I've lived here for almost 5 years with no plans to move. I still love my spacious and efficient and completely comfortable place. There are always new things to enjoy like the sky lounge which is gorgeous and wonderful for group gatherings. The 180 view is beautiful day or night. Soon we will have our own a convenience store which will stock everything from dairy, to snacks, to beer and wine, to most basic needs. I can't wait for it open since it means I won't have to drive when I've ...
forgotten something at Central Market or Wheatsville, or Target, etc. Things just keep getting better and better around here!

Groves is such a convenient location for an apartment on South Lamar, and the pricing on units is very competitive with the market. For being an older complex, the property still feels updated and it helps that the leasing office staff is super accommodating and friendly.
