Worst place Ive ever lived!
January 20, 2023They charge an arm and a leg and claim they are a luxury apartment! My review is for the townhouses. I do not know the quality of the other apartments but have heard stories about those too. First of all, they are very old and once the new carpet and paint smell fades away you can smell the old nasty place. From cooking and cigarette smoke….to musky nasty smell. Floors on second level are extremely loud and squeaky. Very annoying especially if you’re trying to be quiet if you have kids ...sleeping. Heating and ac is only one zone and the townhouse is not properly cooled or heated because of this. You also waste a lot of energy and electricity usage/bill is much higher than youd expect. My window are growing mold because of the condensation that builds up on them. Kids are running around breaking stuff and destroying property. They play soccer in the parking lots and too often lose control of the ball and hit cars. Walls are thin so you can hear your next door neighbors snoring and running around. And you can smell their cooking in your own apartment. Many things are falling apart and the pressure in the shower sucks! They never answer emails or phone calls. Our building’s laundry room has been not operational for over six months. Both washers need replacing and you have to go to another building which is very inconvenient. When I first moved here, each parking lot had a dumpster which was very nice to have so close by! Months later they removed all of them and put one huge dumpster far away! It’s ridiculous to have to put your trash in your car just to drive it to a dumpster! My dishwasher was out of service for 9 months before it was replaced. And i was given another crappy one that was taken out of another unit. But hey it works good enough. There is also some animal living in my attic right above the master bedroom. It digs and scratches and is very loud. Luckily its only a few times a few so we just deal with it. I could probably go on but please do yourself a favor and keep looking elsewhere if you need a townhouse.Property Manager Responded

COCKROACHES! COCKROACHES!
October 7, 2022DO NOT be fooled by the nice photos. This apartment complex is complete TRASH. They are actively renting cockroach infested apartments without a care in the world. DO NOT! Rent from here. Especially if you have allergies and health concerns regarding cockroaches and mold. They Rented to my family with young kids knowing there was a serious problem and now we are stuck. There are Cockroaches in my cabinets, fridge walking all over my food, the bathrooms, the walls and even OUR BEDS. No matter how ...much you clean they show up. They have even made there way into my child’s school bag and found in my child’s lunch box at school. The laundry is absolute filth and always smells like sewage. The pipes are always backing up and on multiple occasions I have witnessed the floor drains backing up and the floors flood with dirty smelly water. The last time I used the washing machine my clothing smell like straight sewage I had to bring everything to a laundry mat to rewash twice to get the smell out my clothing.Property Manager Responded

October 23, 2020Needed a place quickly and this place was an okay option. I have 0 plans of renewing my lease. This place is the loudest place I've ever been to. Walls and floors are paper thin so you hear every.single.thing. doesn't help that the neighbors are super loud and keep you up with screaming and yelling at all hours of the night. Lots of pets also so there is often poop around, and really loud dogs. The apartment is also on the main road so the noise from cars, motorcycles, construction, clean-up is ...HORRENDOUS. the only saving grace has been the unit itself. I got a 2bed 2bath and it is very spacious and clean. The balcony is a plus but there is literally no privacy being on the road and looking into other people's units. The only utilities included are water. Heat is electric and very expensive, so is laundry. There are only TWO washers and dryers for an entire building and recently they have all been out of order. November 21, 2017we have contacted the office on numerous times pertaining to smoke entering our apt. from other apts. as you know no results as of today 11-21-17 (BUT YOU KNEW THAT LOL) we are ready to move not caring about the lease as this is effecting our health everyone has singed a lease agreement regarding this complex being a non smoking complex. Pest infested Apartment
November 8, 2017Well, well where should i start with my review. Should i start my review by explaining about their "Roaches" infested apartment, should i start my review by telling about the worst possible response you get when you contact them (or) should i start the review by explaining how we fell sick and the response we received when contacted them. So long story short, this apartment is infested by Roaches, yes German Roaches. Called them on Oct 16 to explain the issue, no response. Called repeatedly - no ...response. Finally was able to speak with them on Oct 21. They sent a pest control guy on Oct 23rd. Sprayed the apartment and guess what - No Roaches died (may be couple of them dies) and they spread all over my living room, couch, bedroom and bath room. Called them again from 24th Oct - As usual no response. We fell sick and consulted physician. After doing some tests doctor told diarrhea caused by Salmonella bacteria. So as they are not responding on phone anytime, created a service request on their online portal - No response. On November 2nd they marked their request as resolved. LOL, called them to know the reason. No response. Finally on November 4th was able to speak with Calene and explained her the situation, she said followup pest control was scheduled on 11/08, so the issue was marked as resolved, LOL again. She seemed nice but ultimately asked us to contact their property manager. When emailed Jaclyn and explained her about our severity of health problems and told her we were planning to move out by end of November as we cannot live anymore in this apartment with Roaches. She then argues that it will be a lease violation and i need to pay 2 months rent as lease break fee. Clearly they violated Massachusetts Health and Safety Codes 105 CMR 410.550 as their lack of ability to handle this issue with Roaches and caused us health complications and demanding a lease break fee.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
