Disgusting people
April 6, 2022In tired of these people! Its ran by a trashy company named "Cortex Residential" and these people are TERRIBLE people. There are 6 floors, the elevator was supposed to be fixed over 2 years ago, never happened! People let their dogs pee on the steps and they do NOTHING about it. Instead of them hiring people that can actually clean, they let some drunk old man do it because they offer him cheaper rent for his deed. A couple of mailboxes were broken somehow for literally over 3 months! And they ...did absolutely NOTHING ABOUT IT! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. There have been roaches found dead all over and they do not care. They will blame you for the roaches instead of apologizing. The hallways smell like a trashy motel, cigarettes and urine! These people do not care about their tenants! Please if you are reading this, DO NOT MOVE HERE! I would give it 0 stars if I could!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 5, 2021It’s not exactly the greatest but it’s not the worst either. Lived there for a year and a half, although the area around it is upgrading the building could be better. The elevator does not work and has not worked for years now. I live on the six floor and at least twice a day I’m up and down six fall flights of stairs every day. Unless you want a great work out this is what you have to look forward to. Don’t get anything delivered here One of the neighbors will still it and the Property managers ...won’t do anything about it.
